7.07.55    Claim data for an onfile patient will no longer be imported if the date of service and the billing doctor are the same as an existing claim for the same patient.  The user will be required to manually enter these claims (e.g. if an anesthetist gave 2 anesthetics to the same patient on the same day, a par import function only import data for the first case).

7.07.47    Corrected after hours units for non-anaesthetic and non-surgical practices, and alllow WCB claims with no PHN to be submitted to MSP.

7.07.42    Added 50 - 59 age category for General Practice billings.

7.07.41    Added online eligibility checking - Alt/E - required parinet vesion 1.27.0 or higher

7.04.12    Allow WCB form fees to be billed via Teleplan in the absence of an e-form.
Remove the need for the '/to-1 /p9' parameters from command line if 'Windows or Network Printer' option in the Printer Setup of System Parameters is set to 'Y'.

7.04.07    Added Facility and SubFacitily fields to the Par data input screen.  These items can be keyed to specific fee items so they are automatically entered.  Contact Specialty Software for assistance.
Added an item to the Main Par Menu which prints as submission-like report for a single doctor that is suitable for a Service Bureau to transmit claims to MSP.  This is required by a number of hospital-based specialists.  This report is independent of regular MSP submissions.
Also added new items to the Edit Billing Doctor Menu (Utility Menu) so that locum doctors can be added or deleted without Specialty Software assistance.
Altered the Monthly Summary report to include the Clarification Code and to allow grouping of claims by Insurer.
Altered the Daily Summary report so it can be viewed on screen with an option to print.
Modified the appointment scheduler so that some Alt commands are effective within the calendar as well as the appointment area.

7.03.39   Updated list of fee items that require time or to-day information.

7.03.34   Incorporates MSP Dec 15/02 changes.  New age categories for
General Practice and conversion of the 1171 fee item. 

7.03.32    Fixed Palm import bug for non-anaesthetic claims.

7.03.30    Added Palm support. PAR will import data from a Palm Handheld
device. Added support for an Internet connection to Teleplan.

7.03.21    Added new printer options to the System Parameters Menu.  
Both the printer and the font can be specified by the user. 
This applies to Windows or network printers only and requires
Winprint version 1.02.02 or higher.

7.03.18   Added surgical booking form to the appointment scheduler. 
Surgical bookings can be entered as appointment type 'S',
after which Alt/S will display a surgical booking form that can be printed.  

7.02.33    Allow billing for anaesthetic sessions.
Allow WCB E-forms to be printed.
Added support for WCB Expedited billing.
Added ability to add new doctors and their addresses to the doctor's address list.

7.02.25    Made look-ahead-typing optional for searches on patient name, phn, chart numbers,
referring doctors and diagnoses. See System Parameters Menu.           
Also added scrolling through first names for patients and referring doctors.

7.02.16    Added WCB Electronic forms for physicians, physiotherapists and chiropractors.  

7.02.13    Added look-ahead typing.

7.01.96    Added MonthView to appointment scheduler. This shows 2 months appointments
at a time for rapid selection of next available appointment.

7.01.90    Referring doctors' addresses can now be imported from the BC College database
into PAR. PAR can then print referring doctor address labels. The BC College
database can be purchased from College with an option to up date monthly.

7.01.82    Added batch importing of claim data from an externally created text file. Format
available from Specialty Software. Added Family Doctor to appointment scheduler
 edit screen. Allowed date and fee item type options for printing Statement of Account (ALT/S).

7.01.70    Expanded options for printing MSP reports and searching the patient database
so that reports and searches can be generated for individual doctors and groups.

7.01.65    Allow dates to be entered with only 2 digits for the year. If date is greater than today,
then date defaults to previous century.
Added Print Appointment List to the Main Menu so that appointments can be listed alphabetically by patient surname. The usual listing of appointments by time is still carried out by Alt/P in the Appointment Scheduler itself.

7.01.60    Corrected billing behavior around 2300 hours.
Fixed anomalies in the Appointment Scheduler relating to rescheduling appointments (Alt/R).
Allow data input from BC Health Cards to be compatible with the new Y2K MSP specification. 7.01.20    Changes made to comply with MSP Y2K specification.
